Are your products guaranteed?
Yes! If you are not satisfied with something, please contact us. You may send it back within 30 days of receipt and we will gladly exchange, credit, or refund the cost of the item. Shipping and handling cannot be reimbursed; our actual shipping costs will be deducted from your return refund. No returns will be accepted without contacting us first.
When will I receive my order?
Many different factors determine the lead time for various products. Factors include but are not limited to seasonal trends and stock availability. We recommend wholesale customers to order a month before seasonal upswings. Once the order ships, the tracking information you receive by email usually includes an estimated delivery date.
How will my order ship?

How do I return an item?
If the item you received is not what you expected and you wish to return it, please contact us. You may return your purchase for any reason within 30 days of receipt for an exchange or a refund of the purchase price excluding our shipping and handling costs.
What if my order arrives damaged or defective?
Our products are packaged to withstand the rigors of shipping. Please notify us within 7 days of your order being received. If a part or component is missing we will make every effort to ensure that you obtain the necessary replacement as quickly as possible. If your package was visibly damaged in shipping, you may refuse to accept the delivery or indicate that the package was damaged when you sign for delivery.
